What to expect at brookside church
At Brookside Church we try to be a welcoming place for all people. Your first time, you are a visitor; after that, we consider you family. Join us as we worship and hear a message.
We have a Bible Study called “Scribes” on Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. upstairs in one of our classrooms. In 2024, the class is doing a Canonical reading plan (Genesis to Revelation) of the Bible and journaling along the way.
Our service is on Sunday morning from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We try to keep the service to one hour, but it may go over slightly. The children are released after the beginning worship set.
During the last worship song, after the sermon, leaders are available at the altar for prayer or you are welcome to pray on your own at the altar or in your seat.
We also have prayer and Bible Study on Wednesday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. There will be a class for the children, starting in February 2024, during this time.
Please see the calendar for more detailed information.

sermon
Pastor Doug is passionate about sharing His love for God and God’s Word. He reads the Word of God and prays on a daily basis. He is adamant that each person has the responsibility to read and study the Word of God for themselves. Doug leads our Church with the belief that reaching out to the community is a necessity.
Our Sunday morning services are streamed live through our Facebook page. You can view past services/sermons in the video section of the Facebook page.
